Dr. Anna Cassini is making plans, plans to adopt her pre-teen ward, Mia, and plans to marry Dr. Michael Khuranjhani, finally solidifying their rocky relationship. But a ghost from the recent past, as well as some unexpected visitors, disrupt her plans. She finds herself once again in the wrong part of the hospital that employs her, and it seems like her downward spiral into depression and anxiety will continue. Will Michael be able to pull her out of it, or will he get sucked in as well?
