Introducing Dr. Anna Cassini, a troubled pathologist who works in the morgue of a well-known teaching hospital in Michigan. Dr. Cassini struggles with anxiety and depression and is trying to resolve her relationship with her mother. While in her residency at the hospital, she falls hard for an orthopedic surgeon who has skeletons of his own to deal with. Dr. Cassini's ambition and perfectionist mindset cause her to question everything. And this attitude gets her in a heap of trouble as she fights for her very life.
